For Christopher Minick, the hardest part of being a contact tracer is talking to people about the loved ones they lost to Covid-19. The 24-year-old student at the Rutgers School of Public Health is one of roughly 400 volunteers in Newark, N.J.’s new contact-tracing program, one of the largest in the state.
