RWJBarnabas Health - EPIC EMR
A necessary first step for a Rutgers researcher to request access to RWJBarnabas Health – EPIC EMR system, is to complete a CAM (Centralized Access Management) request. This creates a guest account for the RWJBH network and serves as the conduit to request access to Epic and other required applications. RWJBH has delegated authority to a number of Rutgers employees to facilitate CAM requests. For RWJMS employees, a clinical department administrator generally serves in this role. The steps to make a CAM request are as follows:
- Find your appropriate Rutgers CAM liaison.
- Provide them the following information:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Job Title
- Last 4 Digits of SSN
