Why Is Quality of Life Falling in the US? – The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, School of Communication and Information, and School of Social Work present a discussion with New York Times columnist and author Nicholas Kristof. Kristof will join a multidisciplinary panel of Rutgers experts to explore how and why the United States is declining on the Social Progress Index, which evaluates quality of life using 50 metrics of well-being that include nutrition, safety, freedom, the environment, health, and education.
