NJ Medical School Grand Rounds– Reaching for anti-inflammatory strategies in neurotuberculosis. This presentation will review and host risk factors for severe tuberculosis paradoxical reactions, discuss detrimental versus therapeutic effects of anti-inflammatory agents in tuberculosis and describe strategies used to manage severe inflammation during treatment of CNS tuberculosis.
